Infants and young children can be named and blessed as part of a regular Shabbat service or in a special service designed for another location. We are pleased to offer egalitarian celebrations for girls and boys. Brit Milah Infant boys are customarily circumcised on the eight day of life. Bar/Bat Mitzvah for Children and Adults and Distance Learning Bar/Bat Mitzvah Marking the time of Jewish adulthood through becoming bar or bat mitzvah is deep, intensive and joyous study process for 11 and 12 year olds and for interested adults. For families across the country we offer a unique Distance Learning Mitzvah Program, tailored to meet the family’s needs and the student’s interest. Adoption into Judaism/Conversion If you are an adult interested in the study of Judaism and in the possibility of becoming Jewish, please contact us for a schedule of classes, required reading and other study options.
