Congregation Ahavat Shalom offers a robust program of events on a weekly basis. Shabbat service or adult education, children's program or meditation class, programming is the heart of our spiritual expression, the center of creating communities of interest.

Because we are an intimate size congregation, we can be highly responsive to members' needs for programming. Living in a smaller Jewish community means each of us can have an important voice in building the Jewish experience in Traverse City.

Shabbat Services
Our Shabbat services are held (generally) the first Friday of the month (check current events) at 6:30 PM, the Unitarian Universalist Congregation at 6726 Center Road, Traverse City. It is on the peninsula, 2 miles north of Munson Avenue (Grandview Pkwy and Garfield) on the east side of Center Road.
